It has not been the best customer service experience. Bag was too big and when I requested to return (it was not even taken out of the bag) I was offered a partial refund to keep it. I think this is poor business. I have now returned the golf bag and have not heard from anyone and it was returned and received a week ago.

Maybe a bit weak in the posterior part of the bag Near the carry strap but that is nit- picking.
Great bag. Lots of pockets to store gear etc. Club pockets work well with sleeves all the way down. Would recommend this bag.
Great bag. Love the cooler pocket with drainage and the lock system for the clubs is great. It’s a little more difficult with extended clubs but you can make it work.
