I love my new 3.0 T-lock bag. Onthing that I experienced last week was that when the bag is on my push cart and you put on the cover when it rains, the zipper opens the wrong way and does nothing to cover the clubs. When it’s on a power golf cart it works as it should. The zipper should be a 2 way so that it works in both cases.

A piece on the bottom of my bag fell off and I can’t find it. I have sent 2 emails to ask echo and no one has got back to me. All I want to do is just order the missing piece.
I love the bag but I give customer service a zero.
C’est le meilleur sac que j’ai jamais eu. Très solide, silencieux, le rangement des bâtons est parfait. Le sac se tient debout il a une équilibre parfaite. Les rangements sont nombreux et la partie glaciaire garde bien la température.
Woods are too close together and hard to get at, locking device pretty much useless. Good for irons though
